Muay Thai / Kickboxing
Our Kickboxing and Muay Thai group classes provide an exhilarating blend of martial arts techniques and cardiovascular conditioning. Led by skilled instructors, participants engage in a variety of striking drills, including punches, kicks, knee strikes, elbows and combinations, while also incorporating footwork and defensive maneuvers.

In MMA group classes, students engage in a dynamic fusion of striking and grappling techniques under the guidance of experienced instructors. These sessions cater to diverse skill levels, offering a blend of striking drills (like punches and kicks) and grappling techniques (including submissions and takedowns). Boxing
