Our 60-minute skills-based class provides a structured approach to learning boxing fundamentals, including stance, footwork, and a variety of drills and combinations.
The TRIPL3 Boxing Experience
When you join our boxing training in Dubai, you’ll learn the fundamentals of stance, movement, and powerful punching techniques. Classes combine technical drills, pad work, bag work, and conditioning to help you improve speed, endurance, and coordination. Every session delivers a full-body workout that challenges your strength and sharpens your mind, all in a motivating and supportive environment – perfect for beginners, intermediates, and advanced athletes alike.
What Equipment is Needed
At TRIPL3 MMA, we provide all the essentials to get you started in boxing. For beginners, just bring comfortable workout clothes and water. As you progress, we recommend having your own gear for safety and hygiene:
- Boxing gloves
- Hand wraps
- Mouthguard
- Training shoes or barefoot (depending on class)
For first timers we have equipment available.
